Boo is joining Randy and Linda Hulsey in Colorado, along with an older (10-month old) GSP named Alex. This pair of youngsters is keeping the Hulsey family busy, as they seem to be willing "partners in crime" in the backyard. We are looking forward to progress reports on both Boo and Alex as they mature.

Razz lived the high life in Minnesota with Mike and Teresa Anderson. He was swimming, chasing rabbits in the garden, and is retrieving bumpers by 10 weeks of age, and had wiggled his way into the family's heart. His motto was: Its great to be alive! He passed away too soon, but will not be forgotten.

Scarecrow's Winter Storm (Bailee)
(NA I, 110 pts)

"Bailee" arrived at Mike and Teresa's place in mid September, and she hit the ground running. By October, she started to learn the details of chasing Minnesota grouse, pointed her first woodcock, and began to handle pheasants in the Dakotas with style... learning to track down and retrieve cripples like a big dog! She's got that off switch that we are breeding for, at home and on long rides. Mike and Teresa have introduced her to hunting and traveling across much of the mid-west and west; early fall 2009 has initiated her waterfowling career as she's retrieving large Canada geese without problems.

Scarecrow's Bear River Rendezvous (Witt)
(NA I, 112 pts)

This little guy is going places... he's landed in Wisconsin with Mike Clear's family. Witt has a great future ahead -- he took to handling pheasants in North Dakota just like an older dog -- showing considerable maturity by calmly working through the excitement of multiple bird flushes, pointing, tracking and retrieving birds with style. We are looking forward to tracking this confident young dog's progress. Update 2010: Mike reports that Witt continues to impress in the field.
